Role Summary 

This is an exciting time to join the Media Operations team as we seek to grow the number of packages we monetise across social media, our own sites, events, email and emerging platforms such as the Metaverse. The role will help drive our innovation in every area winning over clients with exciting ideas and media plans that deliver against client requirements. 

 

Duties, Responsibilities & Deliverables 

  • You will be the voice of digital media in many creative commercial meetings bringing together innovative ideas across social media platforms with realistic audience delivery numbers.
  • Responsible for improving overall campaign effectiveness and success
  • Work with the Media Ops Director on new packages to sell and supplier cost management.
  • Lead and develop paid client campaigns. Working across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Business Manager & Snap Ads to achieve expected performance targets.
  • Build relationships with key media partners and technology vendors (e.g. Google / Facebook / TikTok) to deliver the best service and opportunities for our clients.
  • Lead the day to day contact with clients (calls and/or face-to-face) to ensure that campaign management is in line with client expectations, providing feedback and advice on how to achieve the best performance.
  • Manage a junior Media Ops team and build relationships with other departments including Organic Social, Editorial, Sales and Studio.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to maximise media performance on clients behalf.
  • Continue to develop your knowledge in trends across social, paid media, display and email. Present learnings and continue to educate the wider team.
  • Produce end of campaign reports with insights that inspire clients to rebook.

 

Skills and development

  • Strong knowledge of paid media and proven skills in delivering successful campaigns for clients particularly in the luxury fashion space. 
  • Experience working in or with a Media Agency 
  • Experience presenting to clients and agencies 
  • A keen interest in emerging digital platforms 
  • Prior experience of ad ops and reporting
